Terms & Conditions
Notary SOS performs authorized notarial services in accordance with applicable Colorado requirements. We do not provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, select certificates, or guarantee acceptance by a third party. Customers are responsible for complete documents, required signers, identification and third-party requirements. Notarial fees are separate from disclosed travel, emergency, after-hours, printing, waiting, courier and other service fees.
Privacy Policy
Notary SOS may collect contact details, appointment information and information voluntarily provided to arrange services. Information may be used to schedule appointments, provide services, communicate with customers, process payments, maintain required records, prevent fraud and comply with law. Notary SOS does not sell personal information.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 2 hours before the appointment generally have no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 hours may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. If the notary has already departed, the applicable travel/service fee plus cancellation fee may apply. No-shows or appointments unable to proceed because required signers, identification, documents or witnesses are unavailable may also be subject to applicable fees.
